  7. Teleterm-EM under MS-DOS affords the user an easy-to-use terminal emulator,
  8. customization product, and communications system solution. The program provides
  9. emulations for a number of popular terminals. It may be resident with another
  10. application via a hot key. This enables the user to switch between
  11. communications and another MS-DOS program. Teleterm supports foreground,
  12. background, and in-line ANSI color. Menu-controlled commands are windowed for
  13. easy access. online help is supported from all menus. Auto-dial and log-in as
  14. well as modem definition capability are supported via a built-in phone manager.
  15. Four different file transfer modes are supported; Teleterm error free, X-Modem,
  16. cKermit, and ASCII unblocked. The system includes a comprehensive unattended
  17. operation mode which provides a script language for automated communications
  18. sessions. It can be used as a bulletin board like system, and is extremely
  19. effective for communications and file transfer between a PC and UNIX/XENIX
  20. system.
